In the context of the worldwide outbreak of COVID-19, the safety of our Customers, Employees and Suppliers is, of course, our top priority.

As such, we strictly follow the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), the Directorate-General for Health (DGS) and several other credible National and International Health Authorities.

Therefore, we advise everyone to keep updated on the latest events and recommendations for prevention and action with the recommended Authorities.

Currently, some of our Rental Stations are temporarily closed because we want to maintain a high level of safety and hygiene to minimize or avoid the risk of contamination.

The other open Rental Stations are operational and ready to receive you with the same quality of customer service, using the most stringent Health and Safety standards across the entire car fleet, commercial facilities and with our Employees.

During this troubled period, at least until May 31, 2020, we will be exempt from cancellation fees, up to 48 hours before the date of pickup of the vehicle, that may be canceled at any time.

The health of all people depends on each one of us.
